Challenge Properties goal has been to develop unique offices with a relaxed environment.
The buildings were built in the mid to late eighteen hundreds for the manufacturing of Windmills and pumps, when wind and water power were king.
We have created loft offices by restoring the stone, brick, and timber buildings, and blending them with current amenities. Green Technology has been implemented where ever possible. Insulated white reflective roofs, HVAC economizers, that provide fresh air on those nice days, insulated low-e windows that actually open, efficient T-8 florescent lights, compact florescent lights, and LED exit lights are standard here.
We are located on the Fox River in Batavia Illinois, with the Fox Prairie Path adjacent to the property. You can ride your bike to work. Take a walk along the river and bring your fishing pole. Several restaurants are only a few blocks away.
